Ah! Hahahahaha! There is now ONLY literal "shit people" and people that are far too stupid to still be alive by Darwin's theory in San Fransisco!
I love the San Joaquin Valley California, because it's more of a cross between Iowa & Montana, than it is anything like "California". It"s 75-80% libertarians and common sense centrists, and nothing like the rest of the state. Plus, it's 90 minutes to several beautiful spots on the coast, & only 30-45 minutes to multiple ski resorts/quaint mtn towns and tons of snow in the mountains. Fishing, hunting, & everything in between. It's also nowhere near as expensive as the majority of the state for gas and housing.
There is a pretty high murder rate because of the Fresno gangs, but it's something like 22 miles from from 1 corner of the city to the other. Nobody is forcing you to go to that side of town. There are far more farmers and ex-midwesterners in the area than gang bangers. Fresno & the central Valley is NOTHING like the rest of the state!
