ASMR Rainy Summer Trail (whispering, nature ambience) (VIDEO)
Thanks very much to those of you who have been reaching out for more whispered content lately, and who so warmly received the recent “Tracing the Hardwood” video. Following on to that, here’s another whispered video, this time including outdoors ambience, as we walk together along a humble trail in September, the day after a hard late summer rain.
We should not underestimate the benefits of breaking out of our ruts and routines, even for a short period, and changing our visual surroundings once in a while. We don’t have to have amazing scenery and breathtaking vistas to accomplish this. The tree in our back yard, or a small local park, or a muddy trail through some scrappy trees will do a wonderful job, if we’re open to the experience.
Trails are a profound metaphor for our journeys through life, I feel. Join me on a short trail walk as I whisper on these topics over the natural ambience that was on offer this day: the insistent sound of insects, the white noise of wind in the treetops, and the subtle sound of footsteps on the soft, wet ground.

Gaslamp this is beautifully done. All the little twig cracks and soggy, crunchy footsteps add to a pleasant shire feel. And your whispering was a perfect compliment to the slow (very steady) stroll. 👌😴
