At the foot of Uganda’s roaring Murchison falls live two eternal enemies : the monitor and the Nile crocodile. Despite the crocodile’s reign of terror within the river, the stealthy monitor is master of the banks where it steals and devours their vulnerable eggs. The first days of the young Nile crocodile are a series of nightmares : if it survives the monitor’s attacks, it must avoid the swooping attacks of perch and eagles. Once adult, it becomes the undisputed master of the river and seeks to devour its erstwhile enemies one by one.

Pretty good life… being a croc. All your long life you spend sunbathing and in refreshing swims. Don't have to worry about putting food on the table every damn day-one solid meal and you can go for several months without any. You don't even have to worry about evolution-no need to evolve further. LOL

I don't know where this guy got his info from, but the croc is not the king of the river, that title goes to the hippo! And hippos most definitely will mess with a croc, so again, wrong! I'm not trying to take anything away from the croc, but if you are going to inform people, then do it properly! Even some of the biggest, badest crocs in the world won't mess with a hippo! I also thought crocs were not cold blooded?
