Lion cubs head dangerously close to village | Natural World: Desert Lions | BBC Earth (VIDEO)
These young lions venture close to the village of Purros, causing Philip ‘Flip’ Stander to take action to turn them away.
Natural World – Desert Lions:
In the mid-1980s, hundreds of lions suddenly disappeared from the Namib Desert. Now, equally mysteriously, they have returned. How can such a magnificent animal survive in one of the harshest deserts in the world?

Good job Philip 👍
for how long do you care for them like this? This is not looking good, there should be another solution and you should find it since you make so much money of this animals.
Can you put up a barbed fence? Would that keep them away from the village?
Near the village the peaceful village
The lion sleeps tonight
Near the village the quiet village
The lion sleeps tonight
This felt like a Cops episode but with animals, haha
😲😲… that is amazing
Is this new? David Attenborough is still narrating. Also the dude was holding what looks like a second gen ipod? Lol
Can the lions not be transported away from the village to avoid conflict? I feel it's inevitable, and at some point they'll roam there. I don't want them to get killed.
wow
Good job
