Nature’s EMDR OCEAN WAVES (VIDEO)

While I was making the new “Nature’s EMDR” video I thought that I would also make a seascape version as well. Using some of the same elements
I always found the sound of the surf similar to the sound of breathing as if the world is breathing each time a wave comes in
The Base seascape scene is a composite image in which I animated using a free green screen image from BestGreenScreen Please subscribe and support them there YouTube channel is at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCa6RWD2HNI06xMRDaEQjxPQ
The Dove used in the opening credits was kindly provided Ed Braverman who gave me permission to use as long as I credited him please support his artistic efforts (he does some fantastic work) you can find his channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvtZcI3UsUHNKyDtTqQf4CA
The sound track was created using two programs SHARM Studeo 5 and Audacity and is a complex construct of nature sounds, bilateral sounds, heartbeats and melodic tones
.I hope you enjoy it!
if you do please re post, share, like, and spread the word. My only desire is to help other. Thanks

I DO NOT PRETEND OR PASS OFF MY VIDEOS AS EMDR THERAPY
Even though many therapists use my videos, I do not create my videos as a self help guide to serious psychological problems, I will always suggest that you seek the help of trained professionals when dealing with trauma.
I mainly create my videos to refocus racing thoughts at night so I can get back to sleep, occasionally I will throw in some positive affirmations of things I’m personally working on but for the most part it’s about shutting off the brain long enough to get back to sleep.

(OK a little bit on why I do the videos the way I do) I use words in my videos to engage both hemispheres of the brain; I alter the pattern of the lights to keep the brain engaged. (too repetitive and the mind will start to wander back to what ever you were thinking about) Remember the object of these videos is to take your mind off your problems not to deal with them (that’s what therapists are for) Bilateral sound, eye movement, changing patterns all work in conjunction to achieve this goal.
