The Shapeshifter – Nature Documentary (VIDEO)
This is the story of how the Coyote – at once revered and reviled – has learned to adapt across diverse landscapes. While grizzlies and wolves narrowly missed extinction, the coyote has earned its status today as top dog.

This documentary started out excellent, very informative. Then about 20 minutes in, it goes all religious fanatic on you. "Tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of years worth of evolution" blah blah blah!
These documentaries would be much better if they would simply stick with empirical evidence and leave the deep time religious aspect at home.
Wish they would quit stalking my dog. They're definitely smart and clever critters đ
I just want to brush them.
I've always found them attractive animals although some have mangy coats. I don't like the fact that urban coyotes kill cats and small dogs.
They're so smart
In Ontario there has been a number of packs of coyotes the exceed the normal range like 12
What a crock ! Humans are the cleverest hunters on the planet. Put a bounty on coyotes and allow hunters to do what they're good at . $25/$35/$40 for every bushy coyote tail , and that would solve the problem . Or – is hunting illegal in Canada ?
White people are always BOTHERING any and everyone…..always.
You get rid of the wolf's you have a coyote problem when you get rid of coyotes you have a rodent problem.
In Jersey I see alot of Fox, when I was in Connecticut there were Coyote's.
Coyotes are a wonder and beautiful. I had the opportunity to visit a young pup that was found and raised by humans so it couldn't be released so an animal education and safe haven agreed to take him in and built a generous enclosure. It was
overjoyedhumans came to visit, rolling over for bellyrubs, smiling and wagging so fast, bright blue eyed and excited little squeaks. And even as an adult with now golden eyes it's delighted to have humans come and visit. Even if this is not the way of wild living coyotes it's a wonder to be so close and observe their obvious range of emotions and intense curiosity. The howling and yipping of coyotes is their natural way of taking census. When the howling and yipping become infrequent, they become more fertile. The more you kill them, the more fertile they become. This is why hunting them is not the solution and so far has only made them increase in number.
This is the amazing and informative documentary.
THEY WERE HERE B4 WE WERE…ALL THEY WANTED 2DO IS SURVIVE
