I'm new to dsmr although I've been on a spiritual path for quite some time now. The word "relax" may trigger people. There are some great inspiration affirmations that can make this video effective. Love the idea of it.

This is so great. I get these little tiny flashbacks of various moments of childhood along with the feelings while doing this. Cuts through the brain fog of cptsd. I hope with time, it will get better.
